Amazing staff in the Belouizdad agency! I have opened my bank account here. And the staff are amazing, always nice, and whenever I had issues, they were ready to help!!
The human resources department is abysmal. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. No bank card, no signature registered in the system, no account validated on time: truly a complete disaster. The post office is far better than this bank. I've since switched banks for convenience, but I'm still…
Very disappointed with the AGB Belouizdad agency. No serious follow-up, customer service unable to provide explanations, a complete lack of professionalism, and no consideration for customers. Run far and wide!
