Worst bank ever. I don’t advice anyone to work with them. We are corporate customers, and the way they deal let you feel you are in Baladia not a bank.

very bad experience, an agency that loses your money

Extremely long wait times, well beyond what is normal for a bank. The staff seemed more engaged in chatting with each other than serving customers. A disappointing experience.
