Used to be a great hotel — friendly staff and good communication. Now? I’ve been calling for 3 days and even sent an email to book a room, but no answer at all. For a 4-star hotel, that’s disappointing — 2 stars at best.

Not clean on any level. The toilette was not cleaned (pictures attached) and handshower (la douchette) was not functioning and small bowl was provided as a solution!!! ( une tasse). Terrible rooms and very outdated, uncomfortable, broken lights and not well maintained. OVERPRICED for such a terrible place to sleep in and disgusting food quality , the view is nice but not worth the price overall terrible place to stay.
