This bank is large and pleasant, the welcome is good, however there are too many people, but the worst is the lady who opens the accounts in the back office, just incompetent and contemptuous, lets people go ahead and makes up lies like she has a computer breakdown, waiting too long, please separate…

In a word: incompetence, with all that entails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
