Had a lovely stay at the Seybouse hotel in Annaba. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue with the electricity in my room but the hotel happily accomodated me in an alternative room. The restaurant on the 14th floor has wonderful views of Annaba.

Very nice staff but bad service: arrived at 21h00, got a room which was not clean. Waited 20min at reception to have another room….not clean, back to reception, 20min got another room which was….occupied by another client! Was about to leave the hotel, the staff offered me a suite, very nice space,…

no negative things to say after the renovation. i thank the young staff for hospitality. especially the parking workers and the hosting director, the reception workers, the pool life guard... all of them
